Getting Started with Vindicet Patient Match
Vindicet Patient Match is completely web-based and configurable to support your existing process. A typical implementation can be completed in as little as 4 weeks with little up-front investment. See costs below for more information.
At the beginning of each implementation we conduct a one to two day Requirements Workshop where we introduce the product to your key stakeholders, review your current preadmission workflow and guidelines, and identify any unique requirements you might have. Remote training for your end users is also included, delivered live through GoToMeeting®.
Hosting & Support
Hosting is available through Vindicet LLC, or you may choose to host the application yourselves. For Vindicet-hosted applications you will be set up with your own unique installation of the Vindicet application. We will also work with your IT group to install any required software on your existing hardware or to purchase additional hardware as required.
Support is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours (9am EST to 6pm PST).
Vindicet Product Match is a subscription based service. Pricing is based on number and type of facility and includes a small implementation fee to cover setup and initial user training. You may have as many users as you wish use the system within each facility. Hosting, support, ongoing software updates and training related to new features are all included as part of the basic subscription price. If after the first 3 months of using the system you are not satisfied with the system you are free to cancel your subscription at no additional cost.
